We have two dry saunas with views overlooking the waterfall. Regular sauna use is ideal for reducing stress and activating the body’s detoxification mechanisms. Alternating between hot and cold awakens the body’s functions, especially blood circulation. Cardiac activity and blood pressure are also affected, significantly improving the body’s natural resistance. Recommended time: 15 to 20 minutes.

The savusauna or “smoke sauna” originated in Finland and is very different from traditional saunas. This old-style sauna works like a wood sauna, but has no chimney. Smoke fills the room as the stove heats up, leaving behind a pleasant aroma for the duration of the sauna. Birch branches, found inside the sauna, can be used to exfoliate the skin. The savusauna is open from Thursday till Saturday.

High ambient humidity makes for an especially relaxing atmosphere. It clears the respiratory tract, stimulates circulation, and softens the skin. The temperature is reached using steam. Recommended time: 10 to 15 minutes.
